Reservations must be confirmed by one night’s room deposit, or guaranteed by American Express, Diners Club/enroute, MasterCard, Visa JCB or Discover. The deposit is refundable up to 4:00 p.m., 24 hours prior to the day of arrival, if the reservation is cancelled and a cancellation number is obtained. Hotel reservations must be made by 5:00 p.m. (Pacific time) Friday, September 10, 2010. Reservations made after that date and time are subject to the hotel’s prevailing rate, based upon availability.
