Neuropsychologist
Rehab Hospital Neurology
Day Shift: 8am - 5pm

Make good use of your passion for clinical excellence and compassion for the individual in this rewarding role. The professional we select will evaluate and treat patients in ways that are consistent with patient and family goals and values, integrated with interventions of other disciplines, and reflective of contemporary standards of appropriate participation in the development and achievement of organizational, programmatic, treatment-team, and departmental policies, procedures, and objectives. Serving as a mentor to staff, this individual will analyze/respond to psychological data to perceive behavioral and environmental stimuli; perform accurate and thorough patient evaluation; and communicate findings and recommendations.
Requirements include a doctoral degree (PhD) from an APA-accredited program, including an APA-approved clinical internship; a post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology; current licensure in psychology for the state of South Carolina; and current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider Card. Three or more years of experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary or trans-disciplinary team in a rehabilitation setting in the treatment of adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with psychosocial and cognitive deficits preferred.
