Job Description
|
The Clinical Neuropsychologist will provide a broad spectrum of professional psychological services including assessment and treatment of inpatients, outpatients and their collaterals at WakeMed Rehab. The Clinical Neuropsychologist will also provide consultation and education to staff regarding the impact of affective, behavioral, cognitive and personality issues on the patient's responses to and recovery from disability, illness and trauma and management of these issues. Position provides age specific direct patient care according to the unit's scope of service.
Qualifications:
" One year of professional experience in a clinical setting preferred
" Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited university, and documented training in Clinical Neuropsychology required.
" Licensed or license eligible in North Carolina as a Psychologist with Health Service Provider Certification
Work Schedule:
" Hours of work: Full-Time
" Weekend requirements: No Weekends
" Call requirements: No
