JOB TITLE: Neuropsychologist
JOB SITE: Alaska Neurology Center, Anchorage, AK 99515
TYPE: Full Time, Part Time, Temporary
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: Travel, Lodging, and Transportation provided by the clinic
Seeking experienced clinicians or beginning practitioners with a background in neuropsychological, psychoeducational and psychological assessment. Primary responsibilities may include evaluation of children, adolescents, adults, and/or geriatric patients using a flexible approach in the assessment of cognitive/intellectual disabilities, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, seizure disorder, dementia, decisional capacity, psychiatric illness, and more. Setting is a small, yet fast-paced outpatient neurology clinic. Full-time, part-time, and temporary candidates will be considered.
ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education: Doctoral-level degree in clinically relevant field of Psychology with training in the area of clinical neuropsychology or rehabilitation neuropsychology; licensure (or license-eligible) for the practice of psychology in the State of Alaska.
B. Experience: Experience in a neuropsychology or psychology setting (Post-Doc training may qualify) required.
