Minnesota Epilepsy Group, P.A. has an immediate opening for a full time Pediatric Neuropsychologist. Candidates must have completed a PhD or PsyD from an APA accredited psychology program and a fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology with specialty training in pediatric practice, preferably within a hospital setting. Experience with an epilepsy patient population is preferred, but not required. Eligibility for ABCN certification is strongly preferred and eligibility for Minnesota Licensure is required.
Minnesota Epilepsy Group is a private, academically oriented neurological practice specializing in the treatment of adults and children of all ages with newly diagnosed or chronic epilepsy. Pediatric patients are seen in our outpatient clinic on the campus of United Hospital and Children's Minnesota in downtown St Paul, as well as our Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at Children's Minnesota Hospital. This position requires close collaboration with a collegial group of pediatric neurologists and other team members in the evaluation of candidates for epilepsy surgery, including Wada testing, and brain mapping procedures, and also provides opportunities to engage in related clinical research.
