1. Explain Lawton's Environmental Press Model and Applebaum's Decisional Capacity model.
2. List the elements of contractual, testamentary, and self-care capacity.
3. Describe he procedural elements of assessment for capacity.
4. Discuss the potential limitations on validity of conclusions from the assessment.
