NEUROPSYCHOLOGIST, FULL-TIME
WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, VERMONT
The Mental Health and Behavioral Science Service at the Veteran's Medical Center in White River Junction, Vermont is seeking a full-time, licensed psychologist with a strong background in neuropsychological and psychological assessment as well as the provision of psychotherapy. Top candidates will have completed post-doctoral training in neuropsychology. The person should be energetic, enthusiastic and able to collaborate with Mental Health and colleagues from other disciplines. Prior experience working with Veterans is preferred but not required The position is supported by a full-time psychometrist to aide coordination of referrals as well as the administration and scoring of some assessment measures. Educational debt reduction is available for qualified applicants.
The WRJ VAMC is located in scenic Vermont surrounded by picturesque New England towns, and is a short distance from the Green and White Mountains, offering some of the finest skiing and hiking in New England. We are just a two hour drive from Boston and three hours from Montreal. Affiliation with Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Medical School provides ample access to training opportunities, libraries, computer and research facilities, year-round concerts, theater, lectures and galleries.
