GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Under the direction of the Sr. Clinical Director, Director of Behavioral Supports, or designee, the Psychology Services Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of program operations of the Genesee Health System Neurodevelopmental Center of Excellence (NCE). The NCE provides neurodevelopmental, psychological, and neuropsychological evaluations for children and young adults, primarily referred for evaluation for autism, neuropsychological impact of exposure to lead, and fetal alcohol syndrome. The Program Manager provides administrative and clinical supervision to a team of professional Psychologists, intake coordinators, clerical supports and others and ensures the efficient and effective operations of the program. The employee works within general methods and procedures and exercises considerable independent judgment to adapt and apply the guidelines to specific situations. The work requires knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of psychological services, training and research programs, and supervisory techniques, personnel policies and procedures.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Psychology with the Michigan Limited License (LLP) credential AND three or more years clinical experience working with children in the capacity of a psychologist.



PREFERENCES:
Preference for individuals with prior supervisory and program management experience.
Preference for individuals with prior experience administering a wide range of psychological test and/or neuropsychological tests and working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
