Job Description Pediatric Clinical Neuropsychologists

West Virginia University Department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry is recruiting two Pediatric Neuropsychologists.

Qualifications: Completion of APA/CPA accredited clinical psychology graduate program. APA/CPA accredited internship with a neuropsychology focus. 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology. Eligibility to sit for ABPP in clinical neuropsychology. A focus on pediatric clinical neuropsychology is necessary. Immediate eligibility for licensure in West Virginia is required.

Duties: Clinical responsibilities include neuropsychological evaluations of neurological, neurosurgical, medical and psychiatric pediatric populations. Major growth areas are epilepsy and oncology. This is a clinical position with strong teaching and supervision expectations within our APA-accredited clinical neuropsychology internship and our APPCN postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology. Additional teaching opportunities exist with medical students and residents within the department and broader community on topics relevant to psychology/ neuropsychology. Research involvement is expected.
