PEDIATRIC NEUROPSYCHOLOGIST: Trusted Site Lead

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Pediatric Neuropsychologist to lead our team of highly trained Children's Specialists. Our Site Lead will help build and implement our program and complete neuropsychological assessments for children from birth to age 18. This is an opportunity to develop and grow your expertise by joining an excellent, medically-focused team of providers. Responsibilities will include completing assessments for diagnostic and treatment planning purposes, selecting, supervising and/or administering the tests and communicating assessment results to the referral provider(s), the patient's family and/or treatment team.
Banner Children's Specialists primarily practices in two locations: Banner Children's at Desert Medical Center in Mesa, a state-of-the-art, 248-bed children's hospital opened in 2009, and Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale with 40 pediatric inpatient beds and the West Valley's most capable PICU, and provides comprehensive pediatric care from general to emergency, as well as services for specific childhood diseases. We have a child-friendly atmosphere accented by soothing colors and dedicated play areas, as well as a volunteer dog therapy program that helps cheer up young patients during their stays. Cardon Children's Medical Center is now a Level 1 Trauma Center.
Details and requirements include:
- Ability to complete assessments for diagnostic and treatment planning purposes
- 5+ years post licensure Neuropsychology experience required; leadership experience preferred
- PhD or PsyD with board certification/board eligibility
- Experience with autism assessments and working in both inpatient and outpatient settings is required
