Pediatric Neuropsychologist
Lifespan Physician Group (LPG): Bradley Hospital, affiliated teaching hospital of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University has an opening for a pediatric neuropsychologist to join our Behavioral Health team. Bradley Hospital is the nation's first psychiatric hospital exclusively for children. This position has the opportunity for a Brown University clinical faculty appointment, if desired. Candidates must have completed doctoral training and clinical internship from APA-accredited programs and have completed a 2-year neuropsychology postdoctoral fellowship.
About the Job: o Provide neuropsychological services to children and adolescents currently in outpatient mental health treatment o The patient population reflects a diverse range of developmental and psychiatric disorders that impact thinking, learning, or socio-behavioral functioning. Many patients also present with additional medical or neurological conditions o Primarily clinically focused position o Opportunity to teach and provide supervision o Collaborative research opportunities may be available
About You: o PhD or PsyD in Clinical Child Psychology o Doctorate and Internship from APA-approved programs required o Postdoctoral training in Neuropsychology o Licensed or license-eligible in Rhode Island o Team oriented professional and a desire to work collaboratively in a team-based care model
