Job Description

Position: Clinical Neuropsychologist-Instructor with experience with the military.
Three Sixty, Inc offers ten-day in-person and virtual holistic health, wellness, integrative resiliency courses to active duty military leaders around the US and overseas. We are looking for a clinical neuropsychologist with experience with the military (familiar with the military, deployments, trauma, issues and challenges that military members and their families face) who presents well in front of audiences, works well on a team, and has a good sense of humor. The course sessions are interactive, with very few PowerPoint slides, and include 'learning through doing' - e.g., mindfulness exercises, yoga, i-phone apps.
The work is part time based on course scheduling. Optimally, the neuropsychologist-instructor has a clinical practice and can take time off every month or two for the course.
The 360 Team consists of a course manager, admin support, yoga instructor, Financial Counselor, Spiritual Counselor, Physical Therapist, and Psychologist.
Responsibilities:
Co-lead class sessions (e.g., stress management, relationships, sleep, substance abuse)
Lead session on psychological health (including PTSD, depression, anxiety, suicide). Conduct one-on-one sessions with students. The students often request some individual time with the psychologist to discuss a particular issue or concern in their lives, relationships, or with one of their Service Members. This is not a treatment program, but some feedback / coaching occurs.
Additional information. Experience in mindfulness, alternative medicine, and hypnosis is a plus. We offer the students an opportunity to take the SCL-90-R, so familiarity with this instrument is also a plus.
