JOB POSITION
ADULT OR LIFESPAN NEUROPSYCHOLOGIST IN PRIVATE PRACTICE
About the Practice:
- AAA Neuropsychology LLC (https://aaaneuropsych.com/) is a growing and dynamic private practice in suburban Philadelphia (Malvern, Pennsylvania).
- We conduct outpatient clinical and forensic neuropsychological and psychological evaluations with adolescents, adults, and older adults, with a variety of neurological, psychiatric, developmental, and socioculturally centered referral needs.
- We have a good reputation in the local community, and have a broad set of referral sources (e.g., neurologists, psychiatrists, local hospitals/rehabs, therapists).
- We have been fortunate to create a work-environment that is competent, warm, supportive, team-oriented, fun, self-reflective, ethically and culturally aware, and with good work-life flow.
- Our group includes three neuropsychologists, post-doctoral fellow, graduate trainees, psychometrist, and billing/administrative support staff.
Job Description:
- Due to practice growth, we are seeking a full-time neuropsychologist to support our clinical neuropsychological and psychological assessment service.
- Opportunities to engage in forensic work are also available.
- We are a training site, so we seek candidates interested in training future neuropsychologists.
- Research/scholarship opportunities are available.
- We value service to the profession and support engagement and advocacy in professional organizations.
- We usually reserve one day a week to be involved in non-clinical activities.
Eligibility:
- Successful candidates will be licensed or license-eligible in Pennsylvania.
- We prefer candidates with neuropsychological and/or psychological assessment experience in adult or lifespan settings, and a culturally aware approach to their work or willingness to learn.
- Board-certification or interest in board certification is preferred, with supportive mentorship available.
- Multilingual and historically marginalized/minoritized psychologist are encouraged to apply.
- We are only seeking those who would like to be a long-term addition to our group.
