Virtual Conference Policy 
This policy outlines expectations and procedures for virtual participation in the NAN2025 Annual Virtual Conference. By registering for the virtual experience, attendees agree to abide by the following terms.

Access & Platform
Virtual attendees will receive access to the NAN2025 Virtual Platform, including live-streamed sessions. Login credentials are unique and non-transferable. Sharing access with others is strictly prohibited.

Attendance & Participation

  • Virtual attendees are expected to engage in sessions with the same professionalism as in-person participants.
  • Interactive features such as live Q&A, polls, and chat functions must be used respectfully. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the virtual platform without a refund.

 

Continuing Education (CE) Credits

  • CE credit is available for eligible sessions viewed live where the attendee is present for 74% of the session.
  • It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure session completion is properly recorded in the platform.
  • Partial credit is not available. As with in-person continuing education, you may only claim credit for one concurrent workshop per time block each day.

 

Technical Requirements

  • Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection and compatible device (desktop, laptop, or tablet).
  • Limited technical support will be available during the conference via the virtual help desk.


Code of Conduct

  • All virtual participants are expected to adhere to NAN’s professional code of conduct.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or other violations of this policy may result in removal from the virtual environment and exclusion from future events.


Refunds & Cancellations

  • Virtual registration is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend any sessions live, you will still have access to watch all sessions OnDemand for 60 days following the conference.
  • Virtual registration is non-transferable and non-refundable after the access link has been sent or the conference has begun.
  • Exceptions may be made in cases of documented medical emergencies or at the discretion of NAN.
