NAN’s Health Outcomes and Neuropsychology Efficacy Initiative (HONE-In) is a resource for members to demonstrate the value and the importance of neuropsychological services.
Neuropsychologists are increasingly being asked to provide evidence of effectiveness to support reimbursement for neuropsychological services, yet this information is not always easily accessible to neuropsychology practitioners. HONE-In is the response to these practice challenges. The primary goals of HONE-In are to assist NAN members in their effort to show cost effectiveness and/or cost savings of neuropsychological services, highlight guidelines that emphasize neuropsychological services as critical to care, as well as document the effectiveness of different models of services (i.e., via telehealth).
HONE-In provides summaries and key citations for different areas of neuropsychology, which can be used as talking points in meetings or presentations about neuropsychological services. Members can access these resources here after logging in.
