Position Summary
Pearl Health Clinic is seeking a Clinical Psychologist / Testing Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team serving Southeastern Idaho.
This role blends psychotherapy, advanced diagnostic assessment, and high-volume psychological testing within a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environment. The position offers a balance of direct clinical care, complex diagnostic work, and opportunities for supervision and program development.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical + Therapy
- Conduct diagnostic intakes and provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Build strong therapeutic alliances and develop goal-oriented treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care
Psychological & Neuropsychological Testing (Primary Focus)
- Perform high-volume comprehensive evaluations for complex Medicaid and commercial populations
- Triage referrals, determine medical necessity, and design testing batteries
- Administer and interpret tools (WAIS-V, WISC-V, ADOS-2, MCMI-IV, PAI)
- Deliver complex differential diagnoses (SMI, trauma, ASD, ADHD) using DSM-5-TR
- Produce clear, detailed, insurance-compliant reports with fast turnaround
- Provide feedback to patients, families, and referral sources
Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise students and trainees (Idaho Psychology Internship Consortium)
- Oversee psychometrist workflow (1 FT, 1 PT)
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement
Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed or license-eligible in Idaho
- Strong testing, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and high-volume caseloads
- Passion for underserved populations and team-based care
Compensation & Incentives
$45.45 – $55.55/hour (DOE)
