Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation is currently recruiting for two (2) full-time positions in the Department of Behavioral Medicine. One of the positions is for a Clinical Neuropsychologist. The other position could be filled by either a Clinical Neuropsychologist or a Rehabilitation Psychologist. These positions involve providing clinical services to both inpatients and outpatients, though there is considerable opportunity to tailor and grow services based on the clinician’s specific interests.
Clinical Responsibilities:
• Neuropsychologists provide assessment and consultation services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Rehabilitation psychologists provide psychological evaluations and behavioral medicine-oriented intervention services as well as brief neuropsychological evaluation services.
• Depending on clinical focus, there are considerable opportunities relating to cognitive rehabilitation, pain management, sleep intervention, and pre-surgical evaluations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams across inpatient and outpatient programs.
• Collaborate with specialty-certified programs for brain injury and stroke (certified by CIHQ and CARF), and support a comprehensive outpatient neuro-recovery program.

• Spinal cord injuries
• Orthopedic injuries
• Movement disorders
• Cancer
• Complex and chronic medical conditions
Qualifications:
• Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program
• Completion of an APA/CPA-accredited internship
• Completion of a post-doctoral fellowship in:
• Neuropsychology, Rehabilitation Psychology, or Health/Medical Psychology (two years required for Neuropsychology applicants)
• Licensed or license-eligible to practice as a Health Service Provider in Tennessee
• Board certification or board eligibility required (ABPP); applicants must be willing to obtain certification if not already held
