Frequently Asked Questions 

Will the NAN2025 Conference have a virtual option? 
The 2025 Annual Conference will be held in-person and virtually. Offering flexibility and access to our members – Keynotes and concurrent workshops will be live-streamed. Similar to in-person attendance, virtual attendees will only be able to attend one concurrent workshop at a time to receive CE credit. 

*please note that virtual attendees will not have access to the following: 

  • Pre-conference workshops 
  • WIL networking lunch 
  • Trainee track sessions   
  • Poster sessions 
  • Welcome reception 
  • Wine tasting event at the GRAMMY Museum

Registration Type Changes
Attendees wishing to change their registration from in-person to virtual-only must submit an email request to [email protected] by September 1, 2025. After this date, a $200 administrative fee will apply to process the change. No registration type changes will be permitted after October 15, 2025.

How can I attend the WIL Networking Lunch?
You can add the lunch when registered for the in-person conference. If you have already purchased your registration and would like to add the WIL lunch, login to the attendee service center, click “Registration Edit” and follow the instructions to add.
*If you are onsite and would like add the WIL networking lunch - please visit the registration desk.
*Registration for this event is not offered for virtual attendees 

I am a trainee poster author and I thought I received free conference registration? 
Please note that only first authors who are trainee members of NAN receive a complimentary conference registration.

How do I access handouts? 
Please make sure you are always logged in to the Attendee Service Center once we get closer to the event. You will have access to handouts through the attendee service center if the speaker has provided their slides.

How do I receive my CE letter? 
There will be clearly marked scanners at the entrance and exit of each CE Session room. You must scan your badge when you enter the room and scan your badge again when you exit the room. Full attendance is required to receive CE credits. No partial credit is awarded. Once you have completed session evaluations, you will be able to claim your CE letters through the attendee service center.

Guest Passes 
Guest passes allow admission into the Exhibit Hall, Continental Breakfast & Presidential Welcome Reception & Poster Sessions. Those who have pre-registered any guests can pick up guest badges by guest name at the registration desk. 

  • Adult Guest Pass - $85 
  • Child Guest Pass - $30 
  • Poster Presenter Guest - Must purchase a guest pass
