Job Description Rehabilitation (Neuro)Psychologist (Neurological Emphasis)

We anticipate hiring an outstanding rehabilitation (neuro)psychologist clinician-educator (junior to mid-career level) in the Department of Clinical Neuropsychology. The incumbent will be capable of providing both neuropsychological and rehabilitation psychological assessment and intervention with select neurological populations (outpatient psychotherapy experience with epilepsy, tumor and movement disorders populations a plus). The position also provides inpatient service on a large Neurorehabilitation Unit.

The incumbent of the position will be expected to be involved in teaching/supervision of neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology residents and to collaborate in clinical research and/or program development and evaluation.

Applicants must hold a PhD or PsyD and internship certificate from an APA or CPA accredited program. Completion of a formal post-doctoral residency/fellowship in rehabilitation or neurorehabilitation psychology is required. Persons not already board certified in rehabilitation psychology or neuropsychology will be expected to be certified within three years of employment as a condition of continued employment.

Candidates must be US citizens or permanent residents and licensed as a psychologist in Arizona or license eligible; employment cannot commence until licensure in Arizona is complete.
