Proof Alliance is a national leader in promoting awareness about the effects of prenatal alcohol exposure and supporting individuals and families impacted by fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD).

Proof Alliance is seeking a licensed pediatric psychologist or neuropsychologist to join our FASD diagnostic team. This is a part-time (16-20 hours/week), contracted position, with a minimum time commitment of 2 days per week. The pediatric psychologist/neuropsychologist will work in the Proof Alliance FASD diagnostic clinic, evaluating the cognitive, learning, developmental, behavioral, emotional, and social functioning of children and adolescents. Candidate must be able to administer, score, and interpret a wide variety of tests and provide clear feedback to families and referral sources.

WORK STATUS: 1099 Contracted Position
SALARY: $75 per hour
LOCATION: St. Paul, Minnesota

Responsibilities:
œ Independently select, administer, score, and interpret psychological and neuropsychological tests. Interpret assessment results based on understanding of brain-behavior relationships using available evidence-based approaches to cognitive development and current research.
œ Prepare integrated neuropsychological reports using data from tests, self-report measures, rating scales, direct observations, and interviews.
œ Ensure the provision of high-quality clinical services to patients, maintaining age-appropriate standards of care for children age 2 up to age 21 and their families.
œ Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, accepted standards of licensing bodies, and accrediting agencies. Keep associated continuing education records and documentation as required.
œ Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of providers. Seek and provide input to team members regarding complex cases.
œ Participate in team meetings as needed, including the FASD Diagnostic Consortium.
œ Work with Proof Alliance staff to develop best practices in diagnosing FASDs and develop innovative approaches to reducing barriers to patient care and clinic capacity.
œ Maintain and report on annual compliance training completion regarding HIPAA, fraud, waste and abuse, privacy and security policies.
œ Comply with all clinic policies regarding HIPAA, billing and coding, privacy and security policies and other policies as appropriate.

Qualifications:
œ Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-approved program (PsyD or PhD).
œ APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship with supervised experience in assessment.
œ Postdoctoral fellowship with supervised experience in clinical neuropsychology, direct assessment, and/or intervention services in a pediatric behavioral health setting.
œ Active licensure as a psychologist from the State of Minnesota required.
œ Demonstrated experience in, respect for, and responsiveness to, a wide range of families and cultures.
