Neuropsychologist
Seeking full-time doctoral level Clinical Neuropsychologist to join a busy, established, psychological testing practice located in an oceanside resort area in the southern outer banks of North Carolina. We specialize in providing psychological and neuropsychological testing for children, adults, and seniors ages 6 - 90+. Our practice enjoys excellent referral relationships with local physicians and behavioral health providers and holds contracts with local hospital and skilled nursing facilities. We are the largest local provider of assessments for neurocognitive disorders including degenerative dementias, stroke, and brain injury. We offer an opportunity for an excellent professional quality of life with the ability to see a diverse range of cases including neurodevelopmental disorders and other psychiatric disorders in addition to neurocognitive disorders. The practice is in Morehead City, minutes from Crystal Coast beaches, boating, restaurants, and night life. Carteret County also offers highly ranked schools and a family friendly quality of life. Excellent income potential. Applicants must be license eligible in North Carolina.
This is for an independent contractor position. We offer the ability for highly flexible hours along with administrative support including scheduling, electronic record, billing, credentialing/paneling with insurances, office space, and marketing. Clinical consultation and supervision available as needed.
