Position Pediatric Neuropsychologist

Job Description Our Lady of the Lake Children's Health is pleased to announce an opportunity for a full-time Pediatric Neuropsychologist within the Neurobehavioral Division of the Development & Therapy Center. This position will work within an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and treat children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders secondary to complex medical conditions.

The Development & Therapy Center is an outpatient clinic that provides services to children with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism, learning and intellectual disorders, genetic syndromes, and other complex medical concerns. The Center consists of seven disciplines, including Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics, Neuropsychology/Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, and Physical Medicine (Physical and Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology). We are seeking a Pediatric Neuropsychologist to work collaboratively within the Neuropsychology/Psychology Service to provide comprehensive psychological services (e.g., evaluations for learning and intellectual disorders, ADHD, anxiety/depression, and other neurodevelopmental disorders; interventions for executive dysfunction, coping skills training, and other behavioral and emotional disorders). As an academic medical center, research and training opportunities may also be available. Education and Training
PhD/PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA accredited university.
Completion of an APA accredited internship. Clinical internship (one year)
in Pediatric Psychology (with emphasis in neuropsychology) or Post-doctoral
fellowship (two years) in Pediatric Neuropsychology.
