Houston Methodist Hospital System Department of Neurology and Neurological Institute are recruiting a full-time adult neuropsychologist to join our vibrant interdisciplinary neuroscience group at the Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital campus. Our expanding practice is comprised of two full-time general neurologists and one general/sleep medicine neurologist. Also, on the campus we have a pain management physician and a neurosurgeon. The team continues to grow and expects to add a fourth neurologist specializing in movement disorders. We work with diverse populations including stroke, TBI, neuromuscular disorders, movement disorders, neurodegenerative conditions, and neurosurgical cases. The successful candidate will have the breadth of clinical experience sufficient to reach across the adult age span with an emphasis on the geriatric population. The position requires strong clinical as well as excellent written and spoken communication skills, enabling them to effectively interface with all members of our neuroscience group. The patient care experience is of foremost importance here at Houston Methodist. An excellent "bedside manner" is a must. This position will be designated primarily for outpatient service delivery, but occasional inpatient consultations are required.

Requirements
- Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology.
- Completion of an APA accredited predoctoral internship.
- Successful completion of a formal (APPCN) post- doctoral training program in neuropsychology.
- Board eligible or board certified.
- Licensed or license eligible in Texas.
