Job Description Neuro- Rehabilitation Psychologist

We anticipate hiring an outstanding neuro-rehabilitation psychologist clinician-educator (junior to mid-career level) in the Department of Clinical Neuropsychology. The position will provide assessment and intervention primarily on a large Neurorehabilitation Unit and secondarily in an outpatient setting. Emphasis in this position is on intracranial pathologies (additional experience with spinal cord injury and transplant populations a plus).

The incumbent of the position will be expected to be involved in teaching/supervision of neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology residents and to collaborate in clinical research and/or program development and evaluation

Applicants must hold a PhD or PsyD and internship certificate from an APA or CPA accredited program. Completion of a formal post-doctoral residency/fellowship in rehabilitation or neurorehabilitation psychology is required. Persons not already board certified in rehabilitation or neuropsychology will be expected to be certified within three years of employment as a condition of continued employment.

Candidates must be US citizens or permanent residents and licensed as a psychologist in Arizona or license eligible; employment cannot commence until licensure in Arizona is complete.
