Private Practice Opportunity in Olympia, WA
Looking to sell very busy and successful neuropsychology practice. Currently, I offer neuropsychological assessment and treatment services to adults but the Olympia area has a paucity of providers and could easily support both a full-time pediatric and a full-time adult neuropsychologist. The practice is turnkey and ready for the right person to move in and expand services. I have worked for over 30 years in this community and have extensive contacts and referral sources in Olympia and in the surrounding counties. Olympia is the capital of WA and serves as the medical hub for over 500,000 people. To my knowledge there are no other neuropsychologists offering full-time services in Olympia.
Olympia is a wonderful area to live and raise a family. It is located at the very southern end of Puget Sound and has views of the Olympic mountains and Mt. Ranier on clear days. There are abundant sailing and boating opportunities, with great access to the Olympic Peninsula and surrounding areas for hiking and outdoor activities. Because it is the state capital, it offers more arts and culture than is typical for a city of its size and it is known for its progressive values and focus on the environment. It is an hour south of Seattle and two hours north of Portland. It also has great schools and a reasonable cost of living for the Puget Sound area.
